Delancey Street Partners is pleased to announce that Seven D Wholesale (“Seven D” or the “Company”) has completed the sale of its Southern Division operations to Carolina Atlantic Roofing Supply (“Carolina Atlantic”). Over a several year period, Delancey Street worked closely with Seven D and its management to assess shareholder objectives and evaluate strategic alternatives. Seven D executed a divestiture of the Southern Division and Delancey Street Partners served as financial advisor to the Company and assisted in the negotiation of the terms of the transaction.
