Over a several year period, Delancey Street worked closely with Seven D and its management to assess shareholder objectives and evaluate strategic alternatives. Seven D executed a divestiture of the Southern Division and Delancey Street Partners served as financial advisor to the Company and assisted in the negotiation of the terms of the transaction.
