Delancey Street Partners recently served as exclusive financial advisor to Health Strategies Group, Inc. (“HSG” or the “Company”) on its sale to Water Street Healthcare Partners (“Water Street”). Water Street will bring the Company together with The Access Group, a business it acquired last year, and a third acquisition, Alliance Life Sciences, under a global enterprise that will offer life sciences companies a suite of commercialization services to support them with bringing new therapies to market, and gaining and sustaining market access and share. Over several years, Delancey Street partnered with HSG to assess strategic alternatives and implement an M&A readiness program. We ultimately executed a targeted sale process that met the goals of the shareholders and that identified Water Street as the best partner for HSG in its next phase of growth.
