Shane M. Carroll

Shane M. Carroll is a Vice President with Delancey Street Partners. Shane is responsible for creating client marketing materials, financial modeling, strategic & market analysis, as well as execution of transactions in a variety of industries. He works closely with Delancey’s senior bankers and clients to ensure the timely completion of transactions including acquisitions, mergers, capital raises, and minority recapitalizations.

Shane joined Delancey Street Partners in 2018. Prior to joining Delancey Street, Shane was a Senior Associate for Duff & Phelps, where he performed valuation analyses for both public and private entities across a wide range of industries. Previously, he worked as a Consulting Analyst at Willis Towers Watson.

Shane is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
