Andrew Cercena is an Analyst with Delancey Street Partners. Andrew is responsible for creating client marketing materials, financial modeling, strategic & market analysis, as well as execution of transactions in a variety of industries. He works closely with Delancey’s senior bankers and clients to ensure the timely completion of transactions including acquisitions, mergers, capital raises, and minority recapitalizations.
