(“Driving Dynamics” or “the Company”), a leading provider of corporate driver training and risk management services for vehicle fleet operators in North America, in its sale to management and Intuitis. Delancey Street worked with the Company for several years in preparing for the transaction, advised on the recapitalization, and participated in the financing through its merchant banking affiliate, Delancey Street Capital Partners.
Headquartered in Newark, Delaware, Driving Dynamics is a leading provider of advanced performance driver safety training and fleet risk management services throughout North America. The firm focuses on acquiring control investments in small to growing middle-market companies and seeks to invest in the long-term development of these businesses. Intuitis coaches, advises, and partners with portfolio companies in the development and execution of long-term, strategic plans. It mostly invests in traditional sectors such as distribution, manufacturing, and business services.
The transaction was completed May 27, 2016.
