B. Andrew Schmucker



Andrew Schmucker is a Founder and serves as the Managing Partner of Delancey Street Partners.  Mr. Schmucker is responsible for firm leadership, in addition to his responsibilities for client management and transaction execution.


Prior to founding Delancey Street, Mr. Schmucker served as Head of Investment Banking at Janney Montgomery Scott.  In addition, he was responsible for founding and leading Janney’s M&A and Financial Sponsors Coverage effort. Prior to Janney, Mr. Schmucker served as Managing Director at Stifel Nicolaus / Legg Mason where he was founder of the Financial Sponsors Coverage effort, Group Head and Founder of the Strategic Advisory Group, coordinated the firm’s M&A practice and served on the Investment Banking management committee.  Mr. Schmucker began his career at Lehman Brothers and also worked at The Middle Market Group where he focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions.  Throughout his 25 year career, Mr. Schmucker and the teams he has led have advised on more than 250 transactions.


Mr. Schmucker serves as a Trustee of The City School, a K through 12 college preparatory school for children of underpriviledged families in Philadelphia.

Patrick E. Dolan


Patrick E DOLAN

Patrick Dolan is a Founder and Managing Director of Delancey Street Partners.  Mr. Dolan leads Delancey Street’s efforts in the Industrial & Industrial Technology sectors. 


Prior to co-founding Delancey Street, Mr. Dolan served as a Managing Director with Stifel Nicolaus’ Diversified Industrials Investment Banking Group, where he executed advisory and capital-raising transactions for private and public companies in the electronics, capital equipment, engineered components, diversified capital goods, technology hardware and industrial distribution sectors.  Prior to Stifel, Mr. Dolan was a Vice President and Research Analyst for BlackRock and worked for Merrill Lynch in the Global Industries Investment Banking Group.  He started his career with JP Morgan Chase (formerly Chemical Bank) in the Transportation Investment Banking Group.  Mr. Dolan has worked on a broad array of M&A and financing transactions for private and public companies.


Pat is active in the community as a member of the Boards of Directors of DGS and the Mary Campbell Center.

William J. Filip

William Filip is a Founder and Managing Director of Delancey Street Partners.  Mr. Filip leads Delancey Street’s efforts in Business, Technology and Healthcare Services and Merchant Banking. 


Mr. Filip is a senior investment banking professional and private equity investor with deep experience in venture capital, growth equity/buyout investments, public equity and mergers & acquisitions advisory.  He has a leading reputation in the business and technology services sector with very strong experience in human capital technology, professional services and staffing, business process outsourcing, financial services and technology, consumer/business internet, Saas technology and healthcare services.  Prior to Delancey Street Partners, Mr. Filip was a founder and one of the original partners of Baird Venture Partners where he directed the firm’s Business Services sector and shared additional senior-level responsibilities including all aspects of fund formation, team recruitment, internal processes, investment strategy and execution and portfolio oversight.  Prior to helping form BVP, Mr. Filip was an investment banker for Robert W. Baird & Co., assisting clients in completing corporate finance transactions including raising public and private equity and completing various M&A transactions.


Some of Mr. Filip’s investing and Board of Directors experience includes:  HireRight (Nasdaq: HIRE), Pinstripe, PayChoice, ClickFuel, TomoTherapy, High Street Partners, InsideTrack, ALI Solutions, SmartTime Software, Everdream and  GlobalPay, among others.  Mr. Filip is a past board representative to the Wisconsin Technology Council.

David K. Allebach



David Allebach is a Director with Delancey Street Partners.  He has spent the majority of his career advising middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Allebach served as a Vice President at Harris Williams & Co., where he completed numerous sell side merger and acquisition assignments for clients in a variety of industries, including advanced manufacturing, business services, consumer products, mining and minerals, chemicals, and healthcare.  Previous experience also includes work as an Associate with Prairie Capital, a private equity group in Chicago.
